Generator Rex in CNAP #50

Cartoon Network Action Pack 50
Generator Rex makes it’s debut in DC’s Cartoon Network Action Pack comic #50, now in stores! Rex is featured on the cover along with Ben 10: Ultimate Alien.

The premiere Rex story is an extended 10 page adventure entitled “Generator Rex: Distraction!”. Rex is sent to Van Kleiss’ country of Abysus for a secret mission but The Pack is sent to give him a “warm welcome”. Story by Rob Hoegee and Eugene Son, Art and Cover by Min S Ku.

This story really captures the look and feel of the show perfectly and is a must have for all Rex fans. CNAP is taking a break for a month but stay tuned because issue #51 in August is slated to have a full Generator Rex story!

On-Board for CNAP

It’s confirmed! Generator Rex will be joining DC Comics’ “Cartoon Network Action Pack” book. The general format for the comic stories in this book are 8-16 pages long in a 36 pg long book. The first issue to feature our hero will be #50, where he will share a book (and a cover) with Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, and goes on sale at comic shops on June 2nd, 2010 for $2.50.

Given Rex’s source stems from an older comic prouced by Joe Kelly and Duncan Rouleau, we can’t wait for this Generator’s debut in comics!
